Get a free 5-gallon water bottle with your dispenser

Depending on your plan, we deliver 5-gallon water bottles for your dispenser
We will pick-up empty bottles
You will be notified of delivery date and time

Keep hydrated to stay alert
Let us know if you need more water
At the end of the academic year or semester, Dorm Mom would pick-up the dispenser

How Much Water Do I Get?
This depends on the water plan you select. We would supply 3-5 5-gallon bottles of water monthly.

How Long Do I Get to Keep the Dispenser?
You can keep the dispenser for a semester or a full academic you if you continue the plan. By default, you will keep the dispenser for a year unless you let us know.

I Damaged My Dispenser, What do I do?
Contact Dorm Mom as soon as possible for a replacement dispenser. You will be charged the full cost of the damaged dispenser.

How Do I cancel My Service?
You can cancel at anytime and get a refund of the unused portion of the fees you paid for the service. Refunds are made according to out Refund Policy To cancel, send an email to support@dormmom.com or go to "My Account" on the website and click Cancel Service.

What Kind of Water Do You Supply?
For the most part, we supply bottled spring water. We are also able to supply distilled and flavored water. Please let us know.
